Journal of Women, Innovation, and Technological Empowerment  is an interdisciplinary, peer-reviewed journal dedicated to advancing research and thought leadership at the intersection of gender, innovation, and technology. The journal aims to provide a  platform for academics, researchers, policymakers, entrepreneurs, and practitioners to explore the role of women in driving technological advancement and shaping inclusive innovation ecosystems.

Journal is committed to showcasing scholarly work that highlights women’s contributions to science, technology, engineering, and innovation, while also addressing systemic challenges, equity gaps, and empowerment strategies across sectors. The journal supports both empirical and theoretical research that promotes gender-inclusive technology development, policy interventions, digital transformation, and leadership models that foster innovation and social progress.
