Aim & Scope

Advances in Cognitive and Neural Studies (ACNS) is an international, peer-reviewed, open-access journal that aims to foster the dissemination of high-quality, interdisciplinary research in the fields of cognitive science, neuroscience, and their applied intersections.

The journal welcomes original research articles, review papers, case studies, short communications, and theoretical papers addressing but not limited to:

• Cognitive neuroscience and neural correlates of cognition

• Brain-computer interfaces and cognitive modeling

• Neuroimaging (fMRI, EEG, MEG) and neuroinformatics

• Memory, perception, attention, and decision-making processes

• Cognitive development and neuroplasticity

ACNS encourages submissions that explore new paradigms, use advanced methods, or provide innovative theoretical insights, particularly those with translational potential in fields like mental health, brain-computer interfacing, and neuroeducation.
