  • Format: MS Word or LaTeX
  • Font: Times New Roman, 12 pt, double-spaced
  • Referencing Style: APA 7th / IEEE (choose one and specify)

  1. Submission Process

Authors can submit manuscripts via the online submission system (OJS or email placeholder: submit@acnsjournal.org). All manuscripts will undergo double-blind peer review by subject experts.

  1. Ethical Standards

We follow the guidelines of COPE (Committee on Publication Ethics). Plagiarism, duplicate submission, and ethical violations will result in immediate rejection.

All published articles are freely available under a Creative Commons Attribution License (CC BY 4.0), ensuring global accessibility.

  1. Article Processing Charges (APC)

Currently, no APC is charged during the initial launch phase.
